St. Bernard, Que. – Les Spécialités Prodal Ltée, a sister company to Les Viandes du Breton Inc., has acquired a New Hampshire-based smoked meat and cheese company.

Spécialités Prodal acquired North Country Smokehouse in March. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
